We offer a 14-day refund policy, starting from the day you receive your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unopened

• The product must be in original packaging

• The product needs to be damaged or defective product

• Proof of purchase is required

• The ordinary model cannot be returned!

🚫 Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled.

How to Start a Return

If your item meets the return conditions, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds are issued after inspection and confirmation that the product is unopened.
